Yes, Treasure Ground vintage only sells authentic vintage and second hand designer items. Please see our store policy page for more information.
- Do you ship internationally? And how much is the postage?
Yes! We ship everywhere.
HK postage is free over HK$2000 or PAY ON DELIVERY for anything under.
International postage is HK$300 with Hong Kong Post Tracked And/Or Signed For.
- Where are you located?
We are located at Hong Kong. However, we mainly operate fulling on our website and instagram.

- How can I pay?
Treasure Ground accepts Paypal and debit & credit card payments for international customer. We also accept FPS/ Payme/ AlipayHK for local customer. DM us on instagram @treasure_ground or email us here to inquire arrangement.
- What is your return policy?
All of our items are FINAL SALE. NO REFUND, EXCHANGE, OR CREDIT.
Incase that it missed our strict authentication process of the item, we guarantee a full return and refund with documentation proving inauthenticity by the trusted authenticator.
Other than this, we do not offer return, refund or exchange due to small flaws or if you change your mind after purchasing. Before purchasing, we encourage you to review all the photos and descriptions and ask questions or more photos/videos prior to purchasing.
Is the custom taxes/import duties included in the price?
Custom taxes and import duties ARE NOT included in the total value of the item. Custom charges may apply on international purchases, customer is solely responsible for any charges when purchasing from us.
- I just place my order, when will it be ship?
We will ship as soon as possible and usually it takes 1-2 business days for us to do the proper packing and shipping your order.
