We offer international shipping to all countries that can be reached out through Hong Kong Post, UPS and DHL.
Local shipping
Free with orders HK$2000 and above
Otherwise HK$30 will be charged for the delivery fee
All shipping costs are stated in our 'shipping' section. Treasure Ground vintage uses SF delivery as our main local shipping courier.
Please be informed that we require at least 1 business day for processing before shipping as to ensure proper packing your orders.
International shipping
We offer international shipping via Hong Kong Post, UPS and DHL.

In the case of your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address and missed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. However, it is the responsibility for buyer to pay for the redelivery charges.

Please note,Treasure Ground curates vintage and pre-loved luxury goods, and these items may exhibit normal wear and signs of use at different levels(unless stated as new).We do our utmost best to disclose any imperfections in the product photos and state the condition in the description.Photos of the items are also a part of the description.We are aware, nevertheless, that conditions might be arbitrary and that everyone has a different idea of what an acceptable situation is. Before completing your transaction, please contact us via Instagram DM or website if you have any questions or concerns regarding the item's condition. We encourage you to ask for more photos, videos, or description of unclear specifics of the item so as to ensure that you are well aware of its condition prior to purchasing. Our team is very much happily to assist you in your queries.
Once a sale has been perfected after payment and item has been taken in by the courer for shipment, the buyer is solely the owner of the item and is responsible for it.
In the case that the item bought from our store is proven inauthentic by a trusted authenticator, we will be giving you 14 days to ship the item back to us at your own expense for a full refund. We will refund the full amount of your original purchase.
