We take great pride in offering reliable shipping services to our customers.Our preferred carrier is SF Express for local shipping, and we offer a range of shipping options to accommodate your needs. We offer international shipping to all countries that can be reached out through Hong Kong Post, UPS and DHL.

 

Local shipping

Free with orders HK$2000 and above

Otherwise HK$30 will be charged for the delivery fee

All shipping costs are stated in our 'shipping' section. Treasure Ground vintage uses SF delivery as our main local shipping courier.

Please be informed that we require at least 1-2 business days for processing before shipping as to ensure proper packing your orders.

International shipping

We offer international shipping via Hong Kong Post, UPS and DHL.

Here are the estimated delivery times:

Hong Kong Post - 6 days to 2 weeks once item has been taken by the courier UPS -  DHL -2 days to 1 week once item has been taken by the courier

CUSTOM CHARGES MAY APPLY ON INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES.               TREASURE GROUND VINTAGE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE FEES,THE CUSTOMER MUST PAY THEM OR YOUR ORDER WILL BE RETURNED TO US.

Please be informed that we require at least 2-3 business days for processing before shipping as to ensure proper packing your orders.

 

In the case of your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address and missed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. However, it is the responsibility for buyer to pay for the redelivery charges.
